EazyMeal is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local restaurants and delivery partners in Sri Lanka. Our services include:
- Online food ordering through our website and mobile app
- Payment processing and order management
- Delivery coordination with restaurant and delivery partners
- Customer support services
- Promotional offers and loyalty programs
3. User Accounts
Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities under your account and must:
- Keep your account information updated
- Use strong passwords and protect your login credentials
- Report any security breaches immediately
4. Order Terms
Order Placement
- Orders are subject to restaurant availability and confirmation
- Prices may vary based on restaurant pricing and promotions
- Additional fees may apply for delivery and service charges
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of order placement
- We accept various payment methods as displayed in our app
- All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise
- Failed payments may result in order cancellation
5. Delivery Terms
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, or high demand
- Delivery Address: You must provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive orders
- Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, additional fees may apply
- Delivery Areas: Service is limited to our coverage areas in Sri Lanka
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within a limited time after placement
- Cancellation availability depends on restaurant acceptance and preparation status
- Some cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed for cancelled orders or service failures
- Refund processing times vary by payment method (typically 3-7 business days)
- Quality issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass or abuse our staff, delivery partners, or restaurant partners
- Post inappropriate content or reviews
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and software, is owned by EazyMeal or licensed to us. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

10. Liability Limitations
Service Disclaimer
EazyMeal acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurants. We are not responsible for:
- Food quality, safety, or preparation by restaurant partners
- Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Actions of third-party delivery partners
- Restaurant menu accuracy or availability
Limitation of Damages
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Promotions and Loyalty Programs
- Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions
- Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time
- Loyalty program benefits are subject to program terms
- Promotional abuse may result in account suspension
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
